Going take cardio in a different direction, we will be focusing on endurance type work and core strength.  Watch out abs! <br /><br />Tuesday we had a visit from Senpai Girish, formerly from Seiken Kyokushin in Colorado, now studying Muay Thai in the Bay area of California.   The workout was good, break off the rust.   Added Gorilla Hops into the exercises for class, nice work on the legs.  Senpai Girish led us in a few Muay Thai combinations, it was fun to see how techniques adjust based on rules set.  <br /><br />Thursday we worked some good cardio, continous exercises - 30 seconds per exercise for a few minutes.  Burning the muscles.  Reviewed Tuesday techniques, kata, and worked on some self defense techniques.]]></content:encoded></item></channel>
